How to schedule a Reading with Cheryl Anne: 

To schedule a reading, please email us at PsychicEnterprises@live.com and include the number of minutes you wish to schedule (select from 15 to 60 minutes) and the phone number you would like Cheryl Anne to use to call you for your reading or call our Message Line at 206-350-0154 and leave the same information. 

We ask when leaving a message, that you speak slowly and state your phone number and email address twice.  Also, that you spell your email address so that we will be able to respond to your request.  Laurel, our Administrative Assistant will be happy to assist you and will return your call within 3 business days. 

Readings are $9 USD/minute and range from 15 minutes to 60 minutes.  A MP3 emailed copy of your reading is available as a free service for all readings 30 minutes or longer.  Readings shorter than 30 minutes are not recorded. 

Cheryl Anne calls clients world-wide for their reading appointment.  All readings are conducted during the week.  Readings are not available during the weekend.

All reading appointments are scheduled as Eastern Time (New York, USA time). To determine your time zone, please compare your time to New York, USA time by referring to the World Clock at http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/

Recording:

A MP3 emailed copy of your reading is available as a free service for all readings 30 minutes or longer.  Readings shorter than 30 minutes are not recorded.  The recording is not considered part of your reading purchase.  Although Cheryl Anne does her best to ensure that the recording device is working correctly, there have been very few situations in which there have been technical difficulties.  As such, we highly encourage you to take notes during your reading and to have paper and pen available at the time of your appointment.  No refunds will be granted as a result of the recording device malfunctioning. 

Automatically Entered For Newsletter Monthly Raffle:

When you purchase a reading you are automatically subscribed to receive our E-newsletter and entered into our monthly raffle for the MP3 version of Cheryl Anne's CD Developing Natural Alignment of Your Chakras Using Mind, Body and Spirit plus a complementary 15 minute reading.  The prizes go to one lucky winner per month.  If you wish to unsubscribe simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.

    Policy on Missed Appointments and Refunds

    NO REFUNDS will be granted for cancelled appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Please do not book and pay for an appointment if you do NOT intend to keep it.

    All appointments are listed as EASTERN TIME on the scheduler. Cheryl Anne phones clients world-wide ONE TIME ONLY at the phone number registered in the scheduler. It is the client's responsibility to be available at the time of the appointment.

    Not being available for a scheduled appointment forfeits the appointment. NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

    Rescheduling of an appointment is permissible PRIOR TO 48 HOURS BEFORE the scheduled appointment, otherwise NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE and there will NOT be an opportunity to reschedule for the purchase.  Please contact Laurel at PsychicEnterprises@live.com if you wish to reschedule your appointment.

    We reserve the right NOT to offer appointments to certain individuals. ONLY in this situation will a full refund be returned to the purchaser.

    Please understand that not showing for an appointment affects valuable appointment time, and is not fair to other clients who want an appointment.

     

    No Reading Substitutes Policy

    Scheduled readings are not and cannot be substituted for payment made for any other purchase then the one paid for.  Reading options cannot be altered, exchanged, or interchanged in any way and are considered separate reading purchases with separate payment fees applicable.  All purchases are final.
