If you wish to purchase a reading when the psychic is not available via the Premium Talk button, please send her an email requesting an immediate reading. Please provide the number of minutes you wish to purchase, your PayPal email address and the phone number you may be reached at for your reading. Immediate readings may range from 5 minutes to 60 minutes and are purchased at the per minute rate. Appointments are given within 5 days of purchase receipt and often times sooner depending on the individual psychic's availability.

If you connect through the Premium Talk button PayPal will preauthorize your account for 15 minutes (15 minutes x $9 USD per minute = $135 USD) to start the call. Preauthorization is NOT actual authorization (IS NOT A PERMANENT CHARGE).
PayPal will only authorize a charge for the ACTUAL MINUTES USED i.e. If your reading lasts 5 minutes, your PayPal account will be authorized (charged) $45 USD (5 minutes x $9 USD per minute = $45 USD). The remaining preauthorized amount $90 USD ($135 USD - $45 USD = $ 90 USD) will not be charged to your PayPal account.
If there is more than one caller calling a psychic at the same time, both callers will be preauthorized by PayPal for a 15 minute call ($135 USD). However, the caller that completes the preauthorization process first will be the caller that will connect with the psychic. The other caller will have to start the preauthorization process again. Please note, callers will NOT be charged for minutes not used in a reading and may receive an error message. In other words, continued attempts to contact a psychic will result in repeated preauthorizations NOT ACTUAL CHARGES of $135 USD. You will only be charged for the time used in an actual reading.
Important:
Please note, if more than one caller is calling at the same time, you as a caller, will receive notification stating, “hold until the party is reached”. However, you will NOT receive notification from Premium Talk informing you that your call has or has not been connected. Nor will you receive notification that you were or were not placed on hold. If your call does not connect within 2 minutes, please hang up and call again and please note, you will be required to repeat the preauthorization process. You will not be charged for time spent attempting to connect with Cheryl Anne. You will only be charged for the amount of time actually spent receiving a reading.
Immediate psychic readings by phone are charged by the minute and no scheduling is required. Immediate readings are not recorded. The recording of Cheryl Anne's voice during an immediate reading is not permitted.
One hour readings are not and cannot be substitutes for Immediate Readings. The two different reading options cannot be altered, exchanged, or interchanged in any way and are considered separate reading purchases with separate payment fees applicable. All purchases are final.
