Q) How do you prepare for each Psychic Medium Reading?
A) Prior to each reading, Cheryl Anne meditates. She offers the client's name as a signal to the Guides to that she has been given permission to conduct the Psychic Medium Reading. This is very important because by offering the client's name her Guides receive the approval to begin sharing information with her through clairvoyant, clairaudient, and clairsentient means.
Q) What information do you need from me prior to my Psychic Medium Reading?
A) Cheryl Anne asks her clients not to offer any information prior to a Psychic Medium Reading. It is very important for her to read without knowing anything about her client. She does not wish to risk prior knowledge "tainting" the Psychic Medium Reading in any way. However, she does suggest that clients interrupt her if they wish clarification or elaboration on particular issues during the reading. The client may ask for the clarification and/or elaboration without providing any additional information to the reading. Spirit knows the issues for which a client needs insight and will almost always provide the necessary guidance.
Q) What type of information can I expect to receive on a Psychic Medium Reading?
A) The Guides provide information in a variety of different forms. These forms include symbolism and images, verbal messages, telepathy, tastes, and smells. Cheryl Anne uses intuition and remote viewing together with clairvoyant, clairaudient, and clairsentient means to receive intuitive knowing about a client’s past, present, and future. Sometimes the information does not necessarily impact the present or the future of the client but rather, it proves the Psychic Medium Reading is definitely for the client. This usually occurs by Spirit referencing something only understood by the client receiving the reading.
Q) I cannot make my scheduled appointment time. Can I get a refund?
A) NO REFUNDS will be granted for cancelled appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Please do not book and pay for an appointment if you do NOT intend to keep it.
All appointments are listed as EASTERN TIME on the scheduler. Cheryl Anne phones clients world-wide ONE TIME ONLY at the phone number registered in the scheduler. It is the client's responsibility to be available at the time of the appointment.
Not being available for a scheduled appointment forfeits the appointment. NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
Rescheduling of an appointment is permissible PRIOR TO 48 HOURS BEFORE the scheduled appointment, otherwise NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE and there will NOT be an opportunity to reschedule for the purchase.
We reserve the right NOT to offer appointments to certain individuals. ONLY in this situation will a full refund be returned to the purchaser.
Please understand that not showing for an appointment affects valuable appointment time, and is not fair to other clients who want an appointment.

Q) I live overseas, how can you do a Psychic Medium Reading for me?
A) Cheryl Anne's client-base is international. She is able to provide precise, detailed, and accurate Psychic Medium readings as geography and time are not relevant to the Spirit. She telephone clients world-wide for their one hour reading appointments. Client's must call Cheryl Anne for an immediate reading.
Q) I need an immediate Psychic Medium Reading, with no waiting...this is an emergency!

Q) I want to know the upcoming lottery numbers.
A) This is not the type of psychic intuitive information that Cheryl Anne generally receives. She receives word from the other side from a clients' loved ones or information that will directly affect the health or daily life of her clients. Please do not pay for a Psychic Medium Reading and expect the lottery numbers.
Q) I’ve dabbled with Ouija boards, seances, and other attempts to reach the other side. Can you work with me on improving my skills?
A) Cheryl Anne works only in white light. She believes this to be crucial for everyone's well-being. She will not, under any circumstances offer a Psychic Medium Reading to those who want her to enter into darkness (i.e. cast spells or curses, wish ill will on anyone).

Q) You gave me some information on my Psychic Medium Reading that I do not understand or necessarily agree with. How am I supposed to interpret this?
A) Cheryl Anne encourages each client to take what he/she wants from the Psychic Medium Reading that feels right for him/her and to leave the rest behind (to follow his/her own intuition, intuitive knowing). She states very clearly that she is not perfect and that she does best she can to interpret the information she receives. Cheryl Anne believes that everyone is intuitive and asks that you use your intuition (intuitive knowing) when deciding what if anything, you wish to take from a Psychic Medium Reading. Lastly, always remember that each of us has free will.
Q) My significant other had a Psychic Medium Reading from you. What did you tell him/her about?
A) Cheryl Anne will not discuss information about a Psychic Medium Reading with anyone other than the client himself/herself. You may feel free of course, to share information about your Psychic Medium Reading with whomever you choose. Confidentiality is of utmost importance and as such, Cheryl Anne will not share information about a Psychic Medium Reading with anyone, even if you are related, best friends, partners, etc.
Q) I forgot what you meant by.... when you read for me. Would you please tell me what you said/meant by...?
A) The Guides generally take the information from Cheryl Anne a few hours after she reads for a client. She reads for many clients who experience a great deal of physical and/or emotional pain. She is confident that if she were to carry this "knowing" for any extended length of time that she would become very ill, very quickly. As a result, the Guides have blessed her with taking the information shared during a reading away from her shortly after she gives a reading. Unfortunately, this means she will probably not have recall of the client's Psychic Medium Reading. Also, the Guides are very specific with the wording they choose. In almost all instances, the client will know what the Guides meant either at the time of the Psychic Medium Reading, or in the future.
